Full Home Watch Service: $858 per quarter, only $66 per visit ( billed quarterly); or $3,172 annually if paid upfront, only $61 per visit !

 

As part of our Full Home Watch Service plan, we visit your home a minimum of every 10 days to review an extensive checklist. After your property assessment, we will generate a checklist for your home in accordance with your specific needs. Our services include observing and reporting on your current property conditions. When there is an issue, we will report it. If not, rest assured, your home will remain in well-maintained order. Additional services that can be included upon request are local alarm response and courtesy package delivery ( packages sent to our office address and personally delivered). For any service that are over viewed by Golden Corner Services a 15% charge will be applied to the bill.

Monthly Home Watch Service: $98 per month

 

As part of our Monthly Home Watch Service plan, billed quarterly, we will visit your home once per month to review our extensive personalized checklist.

Lawn Care: per job.

 

House Cleaning Services: $40 - $50an hour (per person)

 

Upon request, we can perform a complete house cleaning, customizing the level of cleaning based on your needs.

Handy Man Services: $60 and up an hour

​

Concierge Services: $60 an hour

 

Concierge service is our “catch-all” category and includes errand running, grocery shopping, etc.
