In addition to home watch services, Golden Corner property services offers a complete array of services that make your departure as stress-free as your arrival. Below are some of the many services offered in our Home Departure Service Plan (hourly rates apply).

Exterior

• All doors, windows, gates, and out-buildings locked and secured

• Lights on timers set

• Driveways, patios, walkways, and decks

• cleared of trash ($45.00 month fee)

• Deck chairs and cushions brought inside and stored

• Boat washed down and covered

Interior

• House cleaning (hourly rates apply) click here for cleaning list.

• Sheets and towels washed and stored

• Dishes washed and put away

• Heat/air conditioning set to appropriate level

• Trash placed out for collection

• Water turned off

• House winterized as appropriate and authorized

• Furniture covered as requested

• Fireplace cleaned out

• Security system engaged
