Below are some of the many services offered in out Home Arrival Service Plan (hourly rates apply):

Exterior

• Hose down decks, walkways, porches, and driveways and clear of debris

• Deck furniture and cushions placed on decks and patios

• Snow plowing, shoveling, and salting and/or leaf removal if required

• Remove boat cover, hose off boat, and charge battery if needed

• Start vehicles and charge battery if necessary

 

Interior

• House cleaning (hourly rates apply)

• House freshened and aired out

• Heat/air conditioning turned on or windows and doors opened for 15 minutes

• Security system disarmed for friends and family visiting

• Groceries purchased and stored

• Lines freshly laundered

• Water turned on

• Wood in fireplace

• Other special requests completed..
